On May 5, 2025, a landmark meeting was held at Green Garden, Dhanmondi, Dhaka, between representatives of HE Qun International Co., Ltd. (HQI) and Confirm Dynamic Limited (CDL) to finalize the formation of a Joint Venture for the vital project titled:
“Conservation Dredging in the Pashur Channel of Mongla Port.”
Under the newly formed HQI-CDL Joint Venture, both parties will collaborate by combining HQI’s technical and financial strength with CDL’s strategic local support to ensure successful implementation of the dredging operation — a critical initiative for the sustainability and navigability of Mongla Port.
